Full Terms of Service are pending legal review. The points below summarise the public-facing terms applicable to Haiteku engagements.

Key terms

• Haiteku designs and programs. We don't do electrical work, wiring, or installation.
• Consult: $120, credited toward a whole-home build if you proceed within 90 days.
• Design & Integration fees are fixed by home type.
• Hardware sourced on your behalf with no handling fee.
• Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty only. Haiteku warrants configuration work for the duration of Haiteku Care.
• Media consent clause is separate, not assumed via these terms.
• Haiteku's liability is limited to the Design & Integration fee paid.
• Governed by Singapore law.
