Design Consult

A 60–90 minute session at your home (or over video). We bring your floorplan, walk through every zone, recommend specific recipes for your household, and confirm the platform. You leave with a Blueprint: a marked-up floorplan, model recommendations, and a rough hardware estimate.

Whole-Home Integration

The full design and integration (networking, security, climate, lighting, on your chosen platform), coordinated with your renovation. Includes all four solutions, your infrastructure kit, programming, and two years of Care.

What "smart home" means everywhere else

Look up "smart home" anywhere else in the world.

You'll see open platforms: Apple Home, Home Assistant, Google Home, even Samsung SmartThings. You'll see homes that mix brands and own their systems. Singapore is different. Most companies here sell closed bundles of cheap hardware on borrowed apps, locked to a single vendor. We build smart homes the way they're built everywhere else.

  1. 01 · DESIGN

    We design the system before anyone touches a wall.

    Walk-through, requirements gathering, platform decision, recipe selection, marked-up floorplan, hardware specification. The deliverable is a documented design your contractor can build to, your electrician can wire to, and you can refer back to in five years.

  2. 02 · INTEGRATION

    We coordinate the install, then bring the home online.

    ID coordination meeting before first-fix electrical, hardware sourcing, on-site visits during electrical works (wall-marking with painter's tape), then the programming phase: pairing devices, building dashboards, configuring scenes, and setting up the recipes we designed for your household.

  3. 03 · SUPPORT

    Two years of remote support, included.

    Haiteku Care comes with every Whole-Home Integration. Response within 2 business days for any issue. Remote troubleshooting via WhatsApp and video call. One proactive health check in the first six months. Because a smart home that's flaky six months in isn't smart.

Common questions, briefly answered.

  • Do I need to renovate to do this?

    No. We work with both new renovations (where we coordinate with your ID) and existing homes (where we work with what's already wired). The Design Consult is where we figure out which path applies to you.

  • Do you sell the hardware?

    No. We're paid for design, not for hardware margin. We tell you exactly what to buy and where to source it. Many clients have their renovation contractor or our partner installer source it for them. We don't mark it up.

  • What if I already have some smart home devices?

    Bring them. We design around what's already in the household where it makes sense. Sometimes the existing devices fit, sometimes they don't. We tell you honestly.

  • What's the difference between Apple Home and Home Assistant for my home?

    Mostly: which phones your household uses, and how much depth you want from the system. Apple Home is simpler if everyone's on iPhone. Home Assistant is more flexible for mixed households or advanced needs. We confirm which fits during the Design Consult.
