The Design Consult is a paid standalone product. It delivers a real artefact (a Blueprint covering a marked-up floorplan, compatible model recommendations, and a rough hardware estimate) that you can take away and execute yourself, or use as the starting point for Whole-Home Integration with us.

If you want to DIY, you have a plan. If you want us to do it for you, the S$120 is credited toward Whole-Home Integration.

One of the conversations: during your Design Consult, we'll discuss whether your home suits an Essentials approach or a Professional approach for each solution. Both are valid. The right answer depends on the household and how it uses the home. The marked-up floorplan you leave with reflects the depth you've chosen.

Important: what you're not paying for.

The Design Consult is a plan. It doesn't include the execution.

  • We don't source hardware, check stock, or shop around for the cheapest price.
  • We don't produce the full custom floorplan design artefacts (that's part of Whole-Home Integration).
  • We don't program Home Assistant for you.
  • We don't coordinate with your contractor or handle installation.

If you want all of that, commission Whole-Home Integration and we'll take it from the Consult to handover. Your S$120 is credited toward it.

    Pay S$120 via PayNow credited toward Whole-Home Integration if you proceed.

    We meet in person or over video call. We walk through your space together and mark up your floorplan.

    You receive your Blueprint within a week. Marked-up floorplan, compatible models, rough costs, as a PDF you can keep.

Why we charge for the plan.

Free consultations incentivise sales pitches. A paid plan incentivises us to give you genuinely useful advice. You're a client from the moment you book, not a lead to be converted.

The S$120 is credited toward Whole-Home Integration if you decide to proceed. If you don't, you still walk away with a Blueprint you can act on. Most clients tell us the floorplan markings alone were worth more than S$120, before they even started buying hardware.

That's the point. We show you what's possible in your specific space. What you do with that knowledge is up to you.

After the Design Consult

  • If you proceed to Whole-Home Integration

    Your S$120 is credited toward the Integration fee. We move straight into floorplan design, contractor specifications, and hardware sourcing.

  • If you don't

    You keep the Blueprint. Execute it yourself, or hand it to a contractor. No follow-up pressure. If you decide to come back later (even months later), the recommendations still apply.

Either way, you'll know exactly what your home needs.

Common questions

  • Who should get a Design Consult?

    Homeowners who want a paid plan they can act on: whether that's DIY, handing it to a contractor, or using it as the first phase of Whole-Home Integration with us.

  • What should I prepare?

    A rough floorplan (even a screenshot of the HDB layout works). A list of devices you already own. An idea of how your household uses the home: who's home when, what matters most.

  • Can I reschedule?

    Yes. WhatsApp us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows forfeit the session fee.

  • Is the S$120 refundable?

    No. It's for a delivered session and a delivered plan. But it's credited in full toward a whole-home build if you proceed within 90 days.
