Whole-Home Integration

The full design and integration package: networking, security, climate, and lighting. Designed around your household, coordinated with your renovation, on whichever platform fits. Two years of support included.

  • All four solutions designed and integrated
  • Hardware sourced for you, no markup
  • On-site coordination at first-fix electrical
  • Two years of Haiteku Care included

Same Integration fee on Apple Home or Home Assistant. Doesn't change once your Scope Agreement is signed.

What it is

Most renovations stop at electrical. Whole-Home Integration is the layer above. It's the part that makes the electrical intelligent. We design the system, source the hardware, coordinate with your contractor on site, set everything up, and walk your household through it. Two years of remote support are included.

It's the full version of what Haiteku does. The Design Consult is the door; this is the rest of the house.

    Two years of Haiteku Care

Remote support, response within 2 business days, one proactive health check at six months.

Your home, layer by layer.

Every Whole-Home Integration project produces a set of custom floorplan designs, one for each solution. These aren't generic templates. They're drawn for your specific home, showing exactly where everything goes.

  • Network layerethernet drops, access point positions, equipment hub
  • Security layercamera positions, cable run paths, recorder placement
  • Climate layeraircon module placement, fan controller positions, curtain motor locations
  • Lighting layerswitch locations, smart bulb zones, scene groupings

Your contractor gets a companion specification document: the digital layer design. They handle the wiring and installation. We coordinate the integration on site.

How it unfolds

Three phases, each with its own deliverable. Each one earns its way to the next.

PHASE 01

Design

Both paths

Start with the Estimate Builder, a 5-minute tool that outputs an estimate for your home. From there, you have two paths.

What you do

Complete the Estimate Builder. Tell us about your household.

What we do

Review your Estimate Builder, reach out via WhatsApp, walk you through your options. For Whole-Home Integration: produce custom floorplan designs for every solution and a contractor specification document.

Timeline

1–2 days from Estimate Builder to follow-up. 1–2 weeks for Whole-Home Integration design documents.

PHASE 02

Integration

Whole-Home Integration only

This is the phase that runs alongside your renovation, not after it. Smart home isn't part of the standard renovation scope: wiring, conduit routing, switch placement, and concealment for cameras and doorbells need to be specified to the electrician on site, by someone who designed the system. We coordinate the gap.

What's included in Integration:

What you do

Approve the designs. Introduce us to your contractor (or we'll connect you with one). Tell us when first-fix electrical is scheduled.

What we do

Coordinate with your contractor and ID. Show up at the right moments. Source hardware. Program your home.

Timeline

Runs across the full renovation period (typically 2–3 months). Programming happens once electrical and finishings are complete, typically 2–3 working days.

PHASE 03

Support

Whole-Home Integration only

Tutorial day: a separate visit, after Programming. Hands-on walkthrough for every member of your household, not just you. We don't hand you a manual; we walk through the system together until everyone's comfortable.

Deliverable
The Smart Home Cheat Sheet

A printed self-troubleshooting guide for the most common issues: router restarts, switch resets, app reconnections. Mounted with non-permanent adhesive inside your tech station cabinet, so it's there when you need it.

What you do

Live in your smart home.

What we do

Hand you over properly. Answer the call when you need us. Stay involved for two years.

Timeline

Tutorial day 1–2 weeks after Programming. Care runs for 24 months from handover.

A homeowner two years into their Haiteku smart home: feet up, coffee in hand, system running quietly in the background.
Haiteku Care

Two years of remote support. Included.

Every Whole-Home Integration project includes 2 years of remote support, free of charge. We're the team that designed your home; we stay involved while you live in it.

What's included

  • Response within 2 business days for non-urgent queries
  • One proactive health check in the first 6 months: we look at your system before you have to call us
  • Remote troubleshooting via WhatsApp, with a video call when it's helpful
  • Software and automation adjustments for issues we identify

What's NOT included

  • On-site visits (charged separately)
  • New device additions outside the original scope (charged separately)
  • Hardware no longer manufacturer-supported
  • ISP or other third-party service issues

How support works

WhatsApp first. We can usually diagnose and resolve remotely. If a video call helps, we'll arrange one. If an on-site visit is genuinely needed, we'll arrange that too, estimated separately.

Transferable on property sale

If you sell the home, Haiteku Care transfers to the next homeowner with a 30-minute introduction call. No fee.

What's not included

To keep the price honest, here's what's outside the Whole-Home Integration scope:

  • Hardware. Sourced for you, paid at supplier price, no markup. Typical range S$3,000–8,000 depending on home type and solutions chosen.
  • Installation labour. Your contractor or interior designer handles the physical install. We coordinate the design with them; we don't do the electrical work ourselves.
  • Platform subscriptions. iCloud+ for Apple Home camera storage (~S$4.49–14.99/month) or Nabu Casa for Home Assistant remote access (~S$9–10/month). Your account, not part of our fee.

Everything else (design, sourcing coordination, on-site visits, programming, tutorial, two years of Care) is in the Integration fee.

Pricing transparency

Whole-Home Integration is priced by home type. A 2-Room HDB starts at S$1,913. Larger homes are higher; bigger homes need more layers of design.

Hardware is sourced at cost. You see receipts. The infrastructure kit is a one-time line item, separate from the Integration fee: S$140–250 on Apple Home builds (HomePod mini, HomePod, or Apple TV 4K as the home hub) or S$381–466 on Home Assistant builds (HA hub, Zigbee antenna, and network rack).

Variations to scope during the project (for example, adding cameras after we've started) may carry an adjustment. We discuss any change before you commit, and we work hard to keep variations to a minimum.

To get a tailored breakdown for your home, the Estimate Builder takes 5 minutes.

How long does it take?

2–4 Room HDB2–3 weeks design + runs through your renovation
5-Room / 3Gen / Executive / Maisonette3–4 weeks design + runs through your renovation
Condo / Landed4–6 weeks design + runs through your renovation

These are calendar timelines for the design work. Integration happens alongside your renovation (typically 2–3 months total). Most of the design calendar time is hardware shipping; we start designing immediately.

Whole-Home Integration vs Design Consult

Both are real products. The one that fits depends on where you are in the process and how much you want us involved.

A Design Consult is enough if…

  • You're early in the renovation planning, thinking it through
  • You want a marked-up plan to hand to your own contractor
  • You'll execute the design yourself or with another integrator
  • You want to commit S$120, not a full project, before deciding

Whole-Home Integration is right if…

  • You want it designed and built, coordinated end to end
  • You're renovating now and need someone on site at first-fix electrical
  • You want hardware sourced and procurement coordinated for you
  • You want two years of support after handover, not a one-off plan

Not sure? Start with an estimate. Same starting point either way.

For interior designers

Working with the trade.

We work alongside your interior designer, not over them. They handle the renovation. We handle the digital layer that sits inside it.

For interior designers

Bring us in early, ideally at the concept stage, no later than first-fix electrical. We attend the ID coordination meeting, sit with you and the head electrician on wall-marking day, and stay in your contractor's WhatsApp group through the build. Your client receives a designed smart home as part of their renovation, with no additional project management on your plate. We don't try to take over your project. We do the part neither you nor the electrician are set up to handle.

How the working relationship works

WhatsApp group from day one: you, your client, the head electrician (when relevant), us. Decisions in writing, fast turnarounds, no formal change-order theatre for small adjustments. We make the smart home design legible to everyone on the job, so the work runs smoothly.

Trade enquiries

WhatsApp us; mention you're an interior designer.

Common questions

Start with an estimate.

Ten questions. About your home. We'll come back with what your smart home would roughly cost, on which platform, with which solutions. No commitment.
