Name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, home type, estimate responses, usage data via analytics.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, deliver services, send project-related communications, improve our website. We do not sell your data.

Third-party services

Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Sanity CMS, [analytics provider], Vercel hosting.

Retention

Data retained for the duration of the client relationship + 2 years. Estimate submissions from non-clients retained for 12 months.
